Kristin Broad McFadden

Kristin Broad McFadden brings a wealth of business and client development experience to her role with Counsel On Call. Based in Atlanta, she works with clients nationwide with her primary focus being the Southeast and the Atlantic coast. Ms. McFadden works closely with corporate legal departments and law firms – across all areas of law – to develop cost effective and innovative solutions to their issues with the provision of legal services. Utilizing Counsel On Call’s experienced attorneys and proven processes, she helps her clients reduce costs, manage workloads and improve quality.
Prior to joining Counsel on Call, Ms. McFadden accumulated more than two decades of domestic and international sales experience in a variety of roles for LexisNexis UK, Edutech Middle East and LexisNexis US. Most recently, she was an international account manager for LexisNexis UK, where she was responsible for developing and providing legal and risk solutions for law firms, corporations and banks in the Caribbean. Prior to that, she spent two years in the United Arab Emirates as a senior business manager for Edutech Middle East, a global provider of learning solutions and LexisNexis distributor in the Middle East and emerging markets. Her career began at LexisNexis in Atlanta, where she worked with large and mid-size law firms in the Atlanta area, providing consulting, training and account management to ensure that the firms had the legal research resources that were necessary and appropriate for their practice.
Ms. McFadden earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Alabama where she was a scholarship tennis player.
