Schultenover, McFadden Join Counsel On Call
NASHVILLE | On the heels of opening its first office west of the Mississippi River in Dallas and a Discovery Center in Nashville, Counsel On Call announced today that Eric Schultenover and Kristin Broad McFadden have joined the company in senior leadership positions.
Schultenover, an attorney, is the executive director for Counsel On Call’s Nashville office and will work closely with corporate legal departments and law firms to develop, implement and execute high-functioning, cost-conscious legal service models. He was previously a partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis LLP in Nashville, practicing in the area of corporate restructuring and primarily representing secured and unsecured creditors, trade vendors and customers of debtor companies. He earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.

McFadden is the vice president of business development for the Atlanta office, where she will assist with rapidly growing client needs in the area. She worked for the last 22 years with various divisions of LexisNexis, both domestically and abroad, where she was an accomplished business development executive in the legal, intelligence/risk, information technology, and software arenas. McFadden graduated from the University of Alabama, where she played varsity women’s tennis.
