Litigation Attorneys
Counsel On Call seeks experienced Litigation Attorneys to assist with electronic discovery review and analysis for a number of Fortune 50 companies located across the country. This work is expected to be done on-site in Counsel On Call’s offices in multiple cities, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Memphis and Nashville. We are also looking for attorneys in Birmingham. Our work in this area is continuing to grow in volume and expand, so we anticipate ongoing opportunities with indefinite duration, which would allow successful candidates to work full-time or reduced-hour schedules on a long-term basis.
Requirements for Discovery Team Litigation Attorneys:
• At least three years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment

• Solid academic credentials
• Active law license in the state in which you would work
• Availability must be immediate and you must be able to work on-site; these are not remote opportunities
• Prior electronic document review experience strongly preferred
Counsel On Call also offers its attorneys the opportunity to advance within the discovery team structure and seeks to identify strong Team Leaders, who would serve as the primary liaison between the discovery team and outside counsel during the course of a review. Team Leaders must demonstrate leadership ability, effective communication skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and a desire to take responsibility for the team’s successful completion of a review.
Additional requirements for Team Leaders include:
• Several years of litigation experience
• Astute attention to detail
• Prior experience managing groups of attorneys or other legal staff
• A demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with outside counsel
• Good leadership and interaction skills.
