Elizabeth E. Smith
Ms. Smith is the placement coordinator for the Boston office. She oversees Counsel On Call’s efforts with candidate attorneys and paralegals and assists with client assignment coordination throughout New England.
Originally from Worcester, Mass., Ms. Smith practiced law for nearly five years in Hartford, Conn., most recently as a commercial litigation associate with Leboeuf Lamb Greene & Macrae LLP (now Dewey & Leboeuf), and previously as a general litigation associate with Halloran & Sage, LLP.
A Worcester, Mass., native, she received her J.D. from Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C., where she served as associate editor on Law Review; she also received a Certificate of Comparative and International Law with a focus on International Trade from the school’s Comparative and International Law Institute. She received her undergraduate degree (B.A., History, magna cum laude) from Providence College in Rhode Island.
