Ms. Winsett focuses on client relations and candidate placement and assists in business development for the Memphis office of Counsel On Call.

Prior to joining Counsel On Call, Ms. Winsett practiced employment law and general civil litigation with the law firm of Allen, Scruggs, Sossaman, Thompson, Simpson and Lillie in Memphis. She also practiced insurance defense and medical malpractice defense litigation with the firm of Harris, Shelton, Dunlap, Cobb and Ryder, also of Memphis.

She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she was a member of the Kappa Delta Epsilon Honorary Academic Society, and the University of Memphis School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Winsett was awarded first place in the First Year Moot Court Competition and also placed first and received the best brief award in the Advanced Moot Court Competition. She also represented her law school in the National Wagner Labor Law Competition. Ms. Winsett clerked for the Honorable Leonard Pierotti, Division One of the Probate Court of Shelby County, Tenn., during her third year of law school.

Ms. Winsett is licensed to practice in Tennessee. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Memphis Bar Association, where she previously served on the Board of the Young Lawyers Division. She is also a member of the Tennessee Lawyers' Association for Women (TLAW) where she chairs the Membership Development Committee. Ms. Winsett was previously an Associate member of the Leo Bearman, Sr. American Inn of Court.
