Mr. Allen assists in the development of regional offices for Counsel On Call and provides strategic planning for the company.

In addition to his responsibilities with Counsel On Call, Mr. Allen is President of Anvil Investments, a private investment company. He is also active in the Young Entrepreneur's Organization.

Mr. Allen earned a bachelor's degree, with honors, in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
