Ms. Blouin is the Controller for Counsel On Call and is responsible for all accounting functions and human resources for the company.

She is a certified public accountant with more than 12 years of experience in public accounting and more than eight years in the private sector.

Prior to joining Counsel On Call, Ms. Blouin was the Controller and CFO for JABA, Inc., a mining exploration company traded on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, the Regional Controller for Associated Dental Care Providers, a division of American Dental Partners, a national dental group practice management company traded on Nasdaq, and the Financial Director for the largest Christian Music Publishing Company in the world, Brentwood Benson Music Publishing.

Ms. Blouin graduated with honors from the University of Arizona.
