Do you have reservations about what lies ahead in your career?
Are you dissatisfied with your career and uncertain how to make it more fulfilling?
Do you know what you want next in your career but need help getting there more quickly?
Do you want to explore nontraditional career paths within the legal profession or opportunities outside the legal profession altogether?
At some point everyone needs a little help. We at Counsel On Call have personal experience with virtually all career-related issues. In fact, Counsel On Call was born out of the need for highly accomplished attorneys to find more balance in their professional and personal lives.
At Counsel On Call we can identify with your situation, as we all practiced law at some point in our careers. Collectively, we have experience as associates and partners in firms large and small, as in-house attorneys and general counsels, and as attorneys who chose nontraditional careers altogether.
Several members of the Counsel On Call team are also trained career coaches, providing in-depth career counseling services, which include:
- Career Assessments
- Career Options Exploration
- Goal Setting and Action Plans
- Resume and Cover Letter Drafting
- Networking and Interview Techniques
- Business Development Training
All career counseling engagements are confidential and customized to individual needs.
Most of our in-depth programs begin with a career assessment. We employ a combination of proprietary tools and established protocols, including the Highlands Ability Battery and Myers Briggs Personality Tests.
