At Counsel On Call, we have differentiated ourselves in the legal profession with our ability to provide teams of talented attorneys to our clients who can handle a wide variety of assignments.

This is appealing to many of our attorneys who appreciate working side-by-side with their colleagues, working on-site for a client, or in an office we provide.

Our teams range in size from two to 15 attorneys (or more). Sometimes a team travels together; other times a few members of the team are asked to work in another market or make brief trips to other cities. To create clear lines of communication we identify a team leader for each assignment, usually an attorney with expertise in the case's subject matter as well as management experience. When more than three attorneys are on an assignment, we conduct an orientation so everyone — from the Counsel On Call Attorneys to outside counsel — is on the same page from the beginning. Our clients appreciate this approach because it fosters efficiency and togetherness and delivers a high-quality work product.
