Client Need

The in-house counsel of a Fortune 500 company is given the responsibility
of reviewing all of the company’s existing customer contracts and negotiating any required modifications within a four-month period of time. The review is necessary to ensure compliance with new federal regulations. The need is in two states, Arizona and Illinois.

Solution
