Recent Events

The Atlanta office “refueled” with a Happy Hour on October 14. Those in attendance, including Regine Eugene Burke and Karen Inniss, celebrated the recent delivery of gasoline to the area after weeks of, well, not having any.
Leslie Gibson (pictured left with Claude Davis and Chekevia Pickeral) won the raffle – a $50 gas card. She went out immediately and filled half her tank.
Ten attorneys and paralegals participated in Hands On Nashville Day on September 27, Nashville's largest annual day of community service to Metro Nashville Public Schools. Jim Healy, Regina Perrin and Bob Blanchfield were among those in attendance.
Counsel On Call Attorney Lauren Schick and Nashville Executive Director Candice Reed take a break from grooming the grounds of West End Middle School. The COC team joined more than 200 attorneys participating in this community service project.
More than 70 attorneys from leading Atlanta-area corporate legal departments attended the annual fall luncheon for in-house women on September 23 at The Capital Grille.
The event featured Laura Lynn Smith (pictured with Executive Director Dennis McKinnie), the first to be profiled in our new “Wonder Women Series.” Laura Lynn spoke about her “wonder woman,” Counsel On Call Attorney Tracy Bassett.
Counsel On Call was inducted into the Nashville Chamber of Commerce’s Future 50 Hall of Fame on September 18. The Future 50 is an annual recognition program celebrating the 50 fastest-growing companies headquartered in Middle Tennessee. President Jane Allen accepted the award and thanked the Chamber for this honor.
We celebrated our induction by inviting many from our staff to Nashville. The Hall of Fame includes companies that made the Future 50 list five times.
